What are remainder books?

Remainders are publishers' overstocks and book store returns, also known as Bargain Books. When a publisher has returns from a bookstore, or they have overprinted a title, they "remainder" the stock to make room for their new titles. The books are then sold to wholesalers. We buy the books from these wholesalers at a greatly reduced price and pass the savings on to you.

Are our books remainder marked?

Yes, they are. Not all publishers mark their books, but most do. It is best to assume all the books you buy from us will be marked. Some publishers will put a small black mark line on the bottom edge, others will use a small dot. Publishers mark the books so they can not be returned as "new" stock. The details section of the book will specify in the comments if the book contains a publisher mark or not.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, there is a minimum order amount of $4.95 for the Web Store.

What payment methods do you accept?

Amazon Payments - You can now pay us by using your Amazon.com account at checkout.

We gladly accept all major credit cards through the PayPal payments system as well as payments from a PayPal account. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make purchases.

We also accept Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks and U.S. Postal Money Orders. Personal Checks may require up to 7 days to clear before shipment can occur, payments made by Cashier's Checks and U.S. Postal Money Orders ship immediately.

Is your ordering system secure?

Your credit card information is not maintained on our system. We take security very seriously, that is why we use a third party payment provider.

What do these acronyms, abbreviations, initials mean?

Heads - This is the obverse side of the coin.

Tails - This is the reverse side of the coin.

OBW - This means the rolls are ORIGINAL BANK WRAPPED.

H/H - This is the abbreviation for heads/heads. The heads side of a coin is facing out both ends of the roll.

H/T - This is the abbreviation for heads/tails. The heads side of a coin is facing out one end of the roll and the tails side of another coin is facing out the other end.

T/T - This is the abbreviation for tails/tails. The tails side of a coin is facing out both ends of the roll.
